Frode is educated in logistics and finance from the Norwegian University of Fisheries (UIT/HIT).
After several years of selling equipment to the Agriculture and Fishing Industry from 1997, he has worked for several insurance companies, brokerage houses and banks and he has extensive experience with risk assessments and operating companies.

Fredrik Haadem
Fredrik is a partner and founder of Denvo AS together with Frode Dvergsdal. Fredrik has over 20 years of experience in finance, shipping and property development.
Together with other management at Denvo, Fredrik has been behind the business strategy for Emergency Helicopter Service International AS and he has managed the staffing process to secure the company's licenses and operational expertise.
Fredrik leads the issuance processes at Denvo Wolffish Norway AS.

Business Analyst
Bjørnar Godt Daae
Bjørnar has solid experience in senior management with several leading positions from 1989 to the present. He contributes with professional expertise in finance, logistics and strategy work.
As a business analyst at Denvo Wolffish Norway AS and CFO EHSI AS, he assists the teams with financial planning and reporting.
His experience with change processes, optimization of operations and logistics, and social policy work fits well with Denvo's long-term initiatives.

Frode Svardal
Frode is a qualified process technician in fish feed and concentrates and has 25 years of experience in the aquaculture industry.
For the past 8 years Frode has been involved in the start-up and operation of fish feed factories for Mowi. Before this he was central to various sales and purchasing processes as well as the operation of hatchery facilities. He will be central to processes related to the breeding program and operational operation of the fish farms.
Frode Svardal lives and works in the north of the country and has primary responsibility for fish health and project work related to broodstock and fry production together with Frode Dvergsdal.

CEO Denvo Wolffish Iceland EHF
Hreinn Sigmarsson
Hreinn is educated in aquaculture from Hólaskóli and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Iceland. Hreinn has worked in salmon cage farming and has served on the board of directors of Stofnfiskur (now Benchmark Genetics) from 2006 to 2013 and of Hlýra ehf from 2004 to 2006.
Hreinn brings Denvo close to the Icelandic fishing industry with his broad network and long experience in the business world. He has founded, operated and sold his own company and is now responsible for the start-up and further operation of our Spotted Catfish farm in Iceland.

Head of Quality Board/Professional consultant
Grethe Adoff
Cand Real UIB, Department of Zoology, 1981. Bachelor Eastern Connecticut College.
Grethe has extensive experience from several aquaculture projects as an operations manager, responsible for breeding projects and as a senior consultant for the aquaculture industry in Norway. She has also participated in several aquaculture projects in Indonesia, Cuba, Thailand and Canada.
Grethe has been a member of the Research Council's program board for marine species and NUMARIO. She was co-owner of the Norwegian Seafood Center until 2018, and now sits on Denvo's Quality Board as a technical consultant to ensure quality in the project's production plan.

Henrik Grevskott
Henrik has extensive experience with marketing, strategy and positioning for several of the largest companies in the Nordic region.
At Denvo, he has operational responsibility for implementing and following up on Denvo's brand strategy through public and social media.
Through this, the company will be visible to customers, partners, investors and authorities.
