Frode is educated in logistics and finance from the Norwegian University of Fisheries (UIT/HIT).

After several years of selling equipment to the Agriculture and Fishing Industry from 1997, he has worked for several insurance companies, brokerage houses and banks and he has extensive experience with risk assessments and operating companies.

Fredrik is a partner and founder of Denvo AS together with Frode Dvergsdal. Fredrik has over 20 years of experience in finance, shipping and property development.

Together with other management at Denvo, Fredrik has been behind the business strategy for Emergency Helicopter Service International AS and he has managed the staffing process to secure the company's licenses and operational expertise.

Fredrik leads the issuance processes at Denvo Wolffish Norway AS.

Bjørnar has solid experience in senior management with several leading positions from 1989 to the present. He contributes with professional expertise in finance, logistics and strategy work.

As a business analyst at Denvo Wolffish Norway AS and CFO EHSI AS, he assists the teams with financial planning and reporting.

His experience with change processes, optimization of operations and logistics, and social policy work fits well with Denvo's long-term initiatives.

Frode is a qualified process technician in fish feed and concentrates and has 25 years of experience in the aquaculture industry.

For the past 8 years Frode has been involved in the start-up and operation of fish feed factories for Mowi. Before this he was central to various sales and purchasing processes as well as the operation of hatchery facilities. He will be central to processes related to the breeding program and operational operation of the fish farms.

Frode Svardal lives and works in the north of the country and has primary responsibility for fish health and project work related to broodstock and fry production together with Frode Dvergsdal.

Kim has a background in fishing, shipping and the engineering industry with a main focus on the operation and maintenance of technical installations on land and at sea. He has experience as a board chairman, and has worked closely with students and educational institutions related to the petroleum industry. Kim has also run a workshop for a brand vehicle dealer and he has worked with customers in both the private and professional markets, as well as in the public sector.

Kim's tasks at Denvo Wolffish Norway include feeding, water quality monitoring, health checks and maintenance of farming infrastructure.

Hreinn is educated in aquaculture from Hólaskóli and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Iceland. Hreinn has worked in salmon cage farming and has served on the board of directors of Stofnfiskur (now Benchmark Genetics) from 2006 to 2013 and of Hlýra ehf from 2004 to 2006.

Hreinn brings Denvo close to the Icelandic fishing industry with his broad network and long experience in the business world. He has founded, operated and sold his own company and is now responsible for the start-up and further operation of our Spotted Catfish farm in Iceland.

As an entrepreneur and investor, Jon has extensive experience in building companies through various phases from start-ups to scale-ups to operations and sales of companies. Jon built up the company that is today called PBT Eiendomsdrift, which was sold to the PHM group. As CEO of Denvo Property, Jon assists Denvo's companies in the planning process and as project manager in the construction process in Tjeldsund municipality. Jon is also a board member of Denvo Wolffish to tailor the project.

Grethe has extensive experience from several aquaculture projects as an operations manager, responsible for breeding projects and as a senior consultant for the aquaculture industry in Norway. She has also participated in several aquaculture projects in Indonesia, Cuba, Thailand and Canada.

Grethe has been a member of the Research Council's program board for marine species and NUMARIO. She was co-owner of the Norwegian Seafood Center until 2018, and now sits on Denvo's Quality Board as a technical consultant to ensure quality in the project's production plan.

Rune is affiliated with Denvo as an external advisor in a long-term engagement. He is a senior lecturer at USN and teaches/researches on topics within accounting, finance and sustainable business models in aquaculture. Rune has submitted a Dr.Philos thesis within sustainable finance within Norwegian aquaculture and he has a master's degree in international accounting and finance. The research has been published in a number of scientific international journals and presented at various international conferences.
